3D Exhibit/Booth Designer - SketchUp

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Exhibit/Booth Designer to support upcoming programs with a focus on custom trade show exhibits, event environments, and experiential activations. This contract opportunity is ideal for a highly creative designer who can move quickly, collaborate effectively, and deliver polished concepts for large-scale brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design custom exhibit, booth, and experiential environment concepts for active programs
• Create spatial and branded environment solutions that balance creativity with production feasibility
• Develop high-quality visual presentations and design materials for client and internal review
• Collaborate with cross-functional creative and production partners to refine and execute concepts
• Support multiple deliverables under tight timelines while maintaining a strong standard of design quality
• Contribute to programs for well-known enterprise brands and large-scale activations

Skills

• Extensive experience designing trade show exhibits, booths, or similar experiential environments
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and/or 3ds Max
• A strong portfolio that showcases high-caliber exhibit or environmental design work
• Ability to work quickly and effectively on fast-moving projects
• Strong understanding of spatial design, branding, and practical build considerations
• Experience supporting notable enterprise-level clients

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on large-scale exhibit and trade show programs
• Background in corporate events, experiential marketing, or branded activations
• Previous work for recognized technology or enterprise brands
• Ability to contribute smoothly in a remote, collaborative environment
• Clear communication and strong attention to detail
