Position Overview
CLO Virtual Fashion is leading the global digital fashion market with its innovative 3D clothing simulation algorithms. As a strategic partner, you will drive client success and advance CLO's mission to empower garment-related innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute adoption strategies and implementation plans for enterprise partners.
- Build strong trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their success and continuous growth.
- Deliver impactful training sessions and demos tailored to executive teams and end-users.
- Create engaging educational content and resources to support user adoption.
- Act as a liaison between clients and CLO’s global development teams, providing workflow insights and technical feedback.
- Participate in beta testing, feature feedback, and workflow investigations to influence product evolution.
- Lead user engagement initiatives, including conferences, workshops, and community-building events.
- Provide hands-on support during client projects, both onsite and virtually, ensuring smooth implementation and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the fashion industry with strong knowledge of garment construction and pattern-making.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software; familiarity with 2D or 3D CAD tools is a plus.
- Strong investigative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Humility, transparency, accountability, and curiosity.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for improving client partnerships and delivering measurable value.
- Willingness to travel frequently; local or relocation-ready.
Plus if you have
- Language proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
- Participating in Beta Testing, Bug Reporting & Technical Feedback to the Development Team.
- Creating 3D Content for User Engagement, Social Media, etc.
- Planning & Leading User Events (from Training, to User Conferences).
