What You’ll Do
- Design compelling 3D environments that translate brand strategy into immersive, unforgettable experiences.
- Present creative concepts with clarity, confidence and conviction, inspiring clients and internal teams alike.
- Ensure every design decision—from architecture and spatial planning to materials, finishes, furnishings, and graphics—works together as one cohesive vision.
- Partner with account, creative, production and fabrication teams to deliver experiences that are creatively exceptional and strategically effective.
Key Accountabilities
- Creative Development:
- Design for what's next. Develop environments informed by emerging cultural movements, contemporary design, architecture and art.
- Create experiences that reflect a deep understanding of audience behaviors, aspirations and expectations.
- Bring cultural perspective. Continuously introduce new references, materials and creative inspiration that elevate the work and expand our thinking.
- Exceptional Execution:
- Own design from start to finish: Protect the idea through every stage—concepting, build, install, and everything in between.
- Obsess over craft: Partner with designers, producers and fabrication partners to ensure every detail is intentional and exceptionally executed.
- Continuously evolve the work: Explore new materials, fabrication techniques, and emerging technologies that redefine what's possible in brand experience.
- Collaboration:
- Work seamlessly across disciplines: Keep design cohesive by partnering closely with design, production, strategy, and account teams.
- Keep the idea alive: Maintain creative integrity even when timelines shift or budgets flex.
- Cultivate community: Help foster a culture where ideas flow, every voice is heard, and collaboration feels energizing and fun.
Requirements
- 7+ years designing experiential environments for culturally driven brands.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, industrial design, environmental design or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of materials, fabrication methods and construction documentation.
- Experience leading designers while mentoring and elevating creative teams.
