Qualifications

Education/Certification

• Master's degree in a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of experience
• Associate's degree in a related field with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience

Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service in an IT environment with a Master's degree
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in customer service in an IT environment with a Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in customer service in an IT environment with an Associate's degree
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience directly supervising technical staff and technology implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Texas School Business Official or Administrator (RTSBA or RTSBO)
