Featuring curated wines, premium spirits, handcrafted cocktails, artisanal charcuterie, elevated small plates, and chef-inspired menu offerings, 375 Reserve combines sophisticated hospitality with the energy of one of the world's busiest international airports. We're seeking a hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager to help launch and lead this exciting new concept. This role is ideal for a leader passionate about exceptional guest experiences, team development, food and beverage excellence, and operational leadership. What You'll Do As Assistant General Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the operation, including: Leading daily front-of-house and bar operationsDelivering exceptional guest experiences and service recoveryCoaching, developing, and inspiring a high-performing teamDriving sales and profitability while managing labor and costsUpholding premium food, beverage, and presentation standardsManaging beverage inventory, ordering, and cost controlsTraining associates on wine, spirits, cocktails, and guest engagementEnsuring compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and airport regulationsMaintaining a polished and welcoming environment for travelers and guestsServing as a hands-on leader who supports the team during peak periods What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3+ years of restaurant, bar, lounge, or hospitality management experienceProven success leading front-of-house operations and developing teamsStrong understanding of food and beverage operationsExperience managing labor, inventory, and financial performancePassion for hospitality and guest service excellenceAbility to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to obtain and maintain airport security credentials Preferred Qualifications Experience in upscale casual, fine dining, wine bar, cocktail lounge, hotel, or airport dining environmentsStrong wine, spirits, and craft cocktail knowledgeOpening team or new concept experience Why 375 Reserve?
