About the role
This full-time hands-on entry-level management job leads to the position of a GM and even a franchise owner. Last year our GMs earned $103,000 on average.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team during your shift, managing a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people
- Responsible for all store operations including cost control, cash control and customer relations
- Help walk-in customers
- Operate the cash register
- Make all products quickly and accurately, adhering to all portion sizes and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
Qualifications
- Experience leading a team
- Can-do attitude and motivational skills to get staff in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing while creating a great place to work
- Reliable insured vehicle and valid Florida driver's license
- A great role model – the person everyone will look to
- At least 18 years old

Schedule
Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM
Friday and Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 AM
Fast food/restaurant management experience strongly preferred.
