35N Signals Intelligence Analyst
As a Signals Intelligence Analyst in the Army National Guard, you will intercept and analyze foreign communications to provide critical intelligence for national defense. This role involves relaying combat, strategic, and tactical intelligence reports and studying radio signals to understand foreign military tactics and organization.
Responsibilities

Training
Instead of paying for training, you will earn a paycheck while learning. Training includes:
- 10 weeks of Basic Training (Soldiering skills)
- 18 weeks of Advanced Individual Training (AIT), including practice in operating radio equipment

Pay
Most non-prior service candidates will initially earn between $200 and $250 per drill weekend, subject to change.
Requirements
- Military enlistment in the Army National Guard
- Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or GED certificate
- Must be between the ages of 17 and 35
- Must pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards
- Must meet citizenship requirements (see NATIONALGUARD.com for details)
