341 - Test Technician - 3rd Shift (onsite)

Technicians will engage in fault isolation for test failures and verification of repairs while working with engineers to help determine data trends and improvements. Responsibilities

• Perform testing using DMM, oscilloscope, frequency generators, high frequency power supplies, spectrum analyzer, etc.
• Collect, document, and report on tests performed.
• Evaluate test results.
• Read complex electronic schematics, analyze circuits, and follow written work instructions.
• Employ a comprehensive knowledge of electronic theory.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Work independently as well as in a group setting.
• Lift/carry equipment or parts up to 25 lbs.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Must pass the Certified Electronics Technician Associate (CETa) exam from Electronics Technicians Association – International (ETA-I).
• Ability to read complex electronic schematics, analyze circuits, and follow written work instructions.
• Must be willing and able to work 3rd shift, with new hire training on 1st shift for 4+ weeks.
