340B Program Coordinator
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy with a Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
- Current Pharmacist licensure in good standing in the state of Ohio (or eligibility).
- Apexus Certified 340B Expert (ACE) certification.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy practice, with direct responsibility for 340B program management.
- Demonstrated experience managing 340B programs for multiple covered entity types, including DSH, Critical Access Hospitals (CAH), and their associated child sites.
- Preferred: Experience in ambulatory/outpatient pharmacy.
- Experience leading or managing direct reports.

About the Role
The 340B Program Coordinator is the health system’s subject matter expert responsible for the leadership, compliance, and strategic growth of the 340B Drug Pricing Program. This position provides direct oversight of and is supported by both a 340B Analyst and an Auditor to ensure the program’s integrity across all qualified entities, including DSH and Critical Access Hospitals. The Coordinator is responsible for developing a robust audit program, interpreting complex data to drive strategic decisions, managing vendor and contract pharmacy relationships, and maximizing program value in alignment with all HRSA regulations and guidelines. This role reports directly to the Chief Pharmacy Officer and serves as a key strategic partner to pharmacy leadership, ensuring the 340B program continues to support the health system’s mission.
