340B Compliance Analyst

About the role

Loyola Medicine, a member of Trinity Health, is a nationally ranked academic, quaternary care system based in Chicago's western suburbs. Loyola Medicine Transport is based at Loyola University Medical Center and is part of a three-hospital system including Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, and MacNeal Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving in-depth knowledge of the 340B Program and providing expert direction to staff and management regarding the 340B Program
• Maintains up-to-date policies and procedures on 340B purchasing processes
• Develops systems and processes to limit program liabilities
• Provides proper audits to identify risk and prevent duplicate discounts and diversion
• Routinely reviews 340B compliance program policies and procedures
• Offers contributions and changes to ensure 340B compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience required; Bachelor's Degree in business, pharmacy or purchasing preferred
• 3-5 years of previous job related experience required
• 6-10 years of previous job-related experience preferred
• 5 years of pharmaceutical purchasing, wholesaler and vendor experience
• 3 years of 340B program experience including use of various vendor software programs / portals
• Registered Pharmacy Technician
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
• Completion of 340B University program certificate of achievement
