About the Role
Responsible for achieving in-depth knowledge of the 340B Program and providing expert direction to staff and management regarding the 340B Program.
Responsibilities
- Maintains up-to-date policies and procedures on 340B purchasing processes.
- Develops systems and processes to limit program liabilities.
- Provides proper audits to identify risk and prevent duplicate discounts and diversion.
- Routinely reviews 340B compliance program policies and procedures.
- Offers contributions and changes to ensure 340B compliance.
Qualifications
Education: Required: Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, pharmacy or purchasing preferred.
Skills
- Required: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience
- Preferred: 6-10 years of previous job-related experience preferred
- 5 years of pharmaceutical purchasing, wholesaler and vendor experience
- 3 years of 340B program experience including use of various vendor software programs / portals
- Registered Pharmacy Technician
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
- Completion of 340B University program certificate of achievement
Pay
Pay Range: $53,144 to $82,368. Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
