Responsibilities
- Ensure the 340B program maintains continuous compliance with all federal requirements, including HRSA and OPA guidance.
- Monitor ongoing changes in 340B regulations and policies and support updates to Onvida Health policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external partnerships essential to program success, including accounting, compliance, IT, legal, wholesalers, manufacturers, PBMs, and third-party administrators (TPAs).
- Conduct regularly scheduled and ad-hoc audits of 340B operations, including internal pharmacy audits and contract pharmacy self-audits.
- Evaluate patient eligibility in mixed-use areas and outpatient clinics through review of medical records, insurance plans, and hospital status, as applicable.

- Identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities for cost savings, operational efficiency, and sustainable program growth.
- Support pharmacy and executive leadership with business planning, financial analysis, and action planning related to 340B services.
- Participate in interdisciplinary committees, workgroups, and projects to strengthen pharmacy services and 340B integration across Onvida Health.
- Review 340B purchasing workflows to ensure compliant, accurate, and cost-effective procurement practices.
- Analyze purchasing and dispensing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure appropriate use of 340B savings.
- Review invoices, shipping activity, and inventory processes to maintain accuracy and transparency.
- Coordinate and monitor contract pharmacy compliance, billing services, and audit processes.
- Evaluate existing and future contract pharmacy opportunities, ensuring compliant data sharing, appropriate fee structures, and favorable contract terms.
- Maintain eligible provider and physician files within TPA systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience in Pharmacy, healthcare operations, finance, or a related field
- Working knowledge of the 340B program strongly preferred
