About the role
A dynamic opportunity for an experienced 340B Analyst/Pharmacist to contribute to a leading healthcare organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of pharmaceuticals, and experience with 340B programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of 340B program data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and improve patient care.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Stay current with regulatory changes and industry best practices related to 340B programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical setting, preferably with a focus on 340B programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Medicare Part D and Medicaid programs.
- Experience working with large datasets and conducting statistical analyses.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
