340B Analyst
Description
Providing support to ensure compliance with the pharmacy 340B program. Works closely with pharmacy staff, software companies, wholesalers, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Participates in the ongoing maintenance of program policies and procedures. Maintains required 340B program records. Performs audits to ensure compliance with policy and/or regulatory requirements.

General Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on accounting, finance, information technology, business, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree must be completed within one year of starting in the position
- At least two (2) years of work experience consisting of accounting, finance, information technology, business management, or related roles
- 340B University Certification required within three months of starting in position
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills, analytical skills, well organized, and maintains a highly professional manner and appearance
- Personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health
- Team-oriented, able to work independently, and willing to complete assigned tasks to meet deadlines and objectives
