About the role

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated HHAs / PCAs in Johnson City, Kingsland, Dripping Springs, Blanco, Llano, Lakeway, Marble Falls, Burnet, Driftwood, Spicewood, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients – your caring presence brings joy and comfort.
• Prepare meals – nourishing bodies and souls with love.
• Perform light housekeeping – creating a safe and tidy environment.
• Assist with changing diapers, bathing, dressing, and grooming – helping with compassion and dignity.
• Provide transportation (valid driver’s license required) – ensuring clients can stay connected to the world.
• Promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patients, families, and fellow employees – kindness is at the heart of our care.

Requirements

• Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at a client’s home.

Pay

$15 – $18 per hour.
