About the role

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a Step Down setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care to patients in a Step Down setting.
  • Assist with daily patient care routines.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination.

Requirements

  • Valid NJ RN License.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support).
  • ACLS.

Qualifications

  • 1 Year of Experience.
  • 2 Preferred.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Step Down care protocols.
