3 Days On, 4 Days Off – Anesthesiologist | $100K Bonus| Phoenix AZ

About the role

Valley Anesthesiology Consultants, an Envision practice, is actively recruiting BE/BC Anesthesiologists to join our West Valley Division. This position offers a unique work-life balance opportunity with three 12-hour shifts during weekdays (7a-7p), two 10-hour weekend shifts monthly (7a-5p), and two holidays annually (one summer, one winter).

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in a variety of surgical settings including general, cardiovascular, neuro, orthopedic, obstetric/gynecological, transplant, pediatric, and bariatric cases.
• Collaborate with other members of the perioperative team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Assure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Anesthesiology.
• Current Arizona Anesthesiologist License.
• Experience in perioperative anesthesia care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of post-certification experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex medical conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in anesthesia equipment and techniques.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
