About the role

Seeking a full-time general anesthesiologist to join our practice at Valley Anesthesiology Consultants Downtown Phoenix Division.

Responsibilities

  • Join with Envision to earn a lucrative $150K sign-on bonus in sunshine filled Phoenix, AZ!!
  • Solo physician anesthesia model except anesthesia care team model in obstetrics.
  • Variety of adult case mix at Banner University Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Hospital including: general, gynecologic, transplant, hepatobiliary, vascular, obstetrics, neurosurgery, and more.
  • Amenities include ample access to technology and medications such as VL, high-resolution ultrasound, sugammadex, remifentanil, etc., long-established relationships with skilled, congenial surgeons and supportive circulating nurses, room turnover by anesthesia techs and respiratory therapists, and physician lounges with snacks, drinks, and hot breakfast and lunch provided at both hospitals.
  • Competitive, three-component compensation model consisting of base salary, call stipends, and after-hours blended units with earning potential $525K to $1MM+, depending on desired amount of call and PTO.
  • Call team available for predictable relief times. Post-1st home call and post-OB call absolutely guaranteed the next day off regardless of overnight OR schedule.
