About the role
The role involves inspecting and maintaining yard operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Inspect yard operations for safety and compliance with regulations and policies.
- Maintain yard equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Document findings and report any issues to appropriate personnel.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- At least 2 years of related experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with industrial safety protocols.
- Knowledge of local and federal workplace safety regulations.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
