2nd shift Inspector
About the Role
As an Accessory Installer at Wallenius Wilhelmsen, you'll be an integral part of our team, working with vehicles produced by some of the most well-known automotive and heavy equipment manufacturers in the world. This means you may be among the first to see and work with the latest vehicles and technology hitting the roads!
Responsibilities
- Installing a variety of new vehicle accessories, such as: remote tailgate locks, lighted running boards, illuminated kick plates, step-rails, splash guards, camper shells, decals, bed liners, and other customer-specified accessories.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to follow detailed written training instructions for accessory installation
- Willingness to walk and stand for much of the day
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- Physical ability to:
- Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds for distances of 50 feet, including overhead lifting
- Climb to and work at heights of up to 15 feet
- Demonstrate sufficient hand dexterity and strength to fasten, insert, and remove bolts, machine parts, and pins
- Operate and withstand the impact and vibration of electric and air-powered power tools

Working Conditions
Environmental conditions vary by location, including indoor and outdoor settings. Employees may encounter extreme temperatures, wetness, wind, fumes, dust particles, and drafts. Must be willing to work any shift, extended hours, and weekends, if required.
