2nd Shift Warehouse Outbound Team Lead

We're looking for a motivated and experienced 2nd Shift Outbound Lead to help oversee daily shipping operations and provide leadership to our warehouse team. Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 3:30 pm – 1:00 am
• Friday: 12:30 pm – 5:30 pm
• Additional hours may be required based on business needs

Pay

Hourly rate: $22.50 + shift differential

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and support to outbound team members
• Ensure shipping functions and documentation are completed accurately and on time
• Sort packages and use RF scanners to verify shipment status
• Inspect packages for quality, proper labeling, and damage-free shipment
• Train team members and provide constructive feedback
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Operate and perform safety checks on warehouse equipment as needed
• Support cross-training efforts and assist in other departments when required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience preferred
• Previous Lead, Trainer, or Team Leadership experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer and spreadsheet proficiency
• PIT Equipment Experience and Certifications preferred

• Fast-paced, standing on concrete floors up to 8 hrs/day
