Warehouse Team Lead - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate inbound operations, including unloading, verifying shipments, and ensuring accuracy and damage-free deliveries.
• Oversee inventory processes in ERP/WMS systems, including put-away, product rotation, and maintaining accurate location tracking.
• Manage warehouse flow (picking, staging, storage, and shipping) to drive high productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient use of material handling equipment while promoting a strong safety-first culture.
• Assign work, manage schedules, and monitor team performance to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain compliance with reporting, QSHE standards, and quality systems (ISO/AS), while keeping a clean, organized, and secure facility.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and resolve conflicts within a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer proficiency, with experience using warehouse or inventory systems preferred.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy and support inspection processes (experience preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is between $23 and $26. Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.

Schedule

This role follows a Sunday–Thursday schedule (3:00pm–11:30pm), with first shift hours (6:00am–2:30pm) on Sundays.
