2nd Shift Tire Loader/Unloader (Blakeslee, PA)

About the Role

This is a 2nd shift position focused on loading and unloading tires. The pay is production-based, with higher earnings potential for faster and harder work.

Responsibilities

• Unloading:
  • Stack tires with the foundation based toward the center of the rack (1 SKU per rack).
  • Ensure stacks are stable and include a slip sheet (cardboard) in the middle.
  • Align labels in a straight, imaginary line for consistency.
• Loading:
  • Prioritize loading quality to ensure all products fit on the trailer safely.
  • Prevent safety hazards for employees unloading the trailer.

Pay

Production-based pay averaging $500–$850 weekly, with daily earnings ranging from $120–$250+ depending on pace and work completed.

• Unloading: Paid per trailer (typically 3–4 trailers per person), with payout determined by weight.
• Loading: Paid by the weight of tires loaded, calculated via LPNs collected during the shift.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM, with overtime opportunities available.

Requirements

• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift and carry 5–60 lbs consistently.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work long periods consistently.
