2nd Shift Test Operator
About the Role
Work in a state-of-the-art facility as a vital member of our production team. You will test products against defined test procedures, working closely with engineering to ensure all defects are addressed and fixed in a timely manner. Hours are 2pm-11:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Entering data (manual key entry) into an Excel-based test data sheet.
- Maintaining a daily log of completed and in-queue items.
- Testing RF components using lab equipment configured by Test Engineering.
- Performing tests on products where training has been completed.
- Compiling accurate and detailed test data.
- Documenting tested hardware and preparing test data for shipment.
- Instilling high-quality standards on all products processed for shipping.
- Operating automatic and semi-automatic test stations.
- Performing mechanical assembly when needed.
- Notifying Test Engineering and Quality of equipment that is within 30 days of calibration.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Typically requires 1 year or less experience in electronics testing.
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
- Must work overtime as needed and weekends (Saturday).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Able to understand and speak English.
- Basic MS Office Suite skills.

Pay
Salary Range for this position:
- $34,200.00 - $68,400.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD, or TX, and all remote employees.
- $38,300.00 - $76,600.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH, or MA.
- $40,400.00 - $80,700.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in NJ.
Mercury considers a variety of factors to determine individual base salary offers, including the role and related responsibilities, prior work experience, education, training, skills, and certifications; internal equity with others employed by Mercury in similar roles; geographic location; and alignment with market data.
