About the Role
Calyx Living is hiring a 2nd Shift Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech for our brand new assisted living community, Calyx Living of Apex, located in Apex just off I-540 at Hwy 64.
In this role, you will support the supervision of care staff while administering medications and assisting Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) with personal care services for our seniors.
Responsibilities
- Supervise care staff during the 2nd shift
- Administer medications to residents
- Support Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) in providing personal care services
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Prior supervisory experience
- Prior experience with seniors strongly preferred
- Active North Carolina Med Tech (MT) Certification required
- Active CPR Certification preferred
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
