About the role
Calyx Living is seeking an energetic Assisted Living 2nd Shift Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech for its assisted living community in Wakefield, just off Capital Boulevard in North Raleigh. The role involves supporting the supervision of care staff, administering medications, and assisting Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) with personal care services for seniors.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to residents on a daily basis
- Supervise care staff
- Maintain an updated work schedule, adjusting for call outs and changes
- Ensure staff training is current
- Follow established safety precautions
Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Prior experience as a Supervisor in Charge
- Prior experience with seniors strongly preferred
- Active North Carolina Med Tech (MT) Certification required
- Active CPR Certification required
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
