2nd Shift Supervisor- Commercial Facilities

About the role

We are seeking a Night Manager to join our Austin team for our north client accounts. The Night Manager will assist with the management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services and maintain the relationship between City Wide and the Independent contractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services
• Maintain the relationship between City Wide and the Independent contractors
• Review the scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business
• Communicate with Facilities Solutions Manager (FSM) daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email
• Manage inspections, customer complaint policy, and other operational policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment, and their proper use
• Update CRM at each account with proper documentation
• Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines, and discharge if not meeting service level agreement
• Provide occasional weekend coverage based on client needs, special projects, emergencies, account restarts, etc.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent experience in the commercial janitorial services industry
• Six months of related experience in management, coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team
• Energetic, hard-working, dependable, detail-oriented with a willingness to learn attitude
• Building, facilities, janitorial, or similar industry experience a plus!
• Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement
• CRM experience preferred
• Fluent in English/Spanish to communicate with independent contractors
• Reliable transportation, Valid TX DL, and current automobile insurance
