About the role
The Night Manager at City Wide St. Louis is responsible for managing contract compliance for designated building maintenance services and maintaining relationships with independent contractors.
Responsibilities
- Assist with management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services
- Maintain the relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors
- Review the client contract and check that work expectations have been met
- Communicate with Facility Services Manager (FSM) daily for any issues that need immediate attention
- Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or accounts needing attention
- Execute City Wide's New-Start Policy, Customer Compliant Policy, and other operational policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use
- Update CRM at each account with proper documentation
- Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines and discharge if not meeting service level agreement
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry
- 6 months of related experience in management
- Energetic, hard-working, dependable, detail-oriented with a willing to learn attitude
- Building, facilities, janitorial or similar industry experience a plus
- Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement
- CRM experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance
Benefits
- Compensation: $41,000 - $52,000 per year
- Monthly Retention Bonus: $600
