2nd Shift Shipping Staging Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Uses basic math to calculate material requirements
• Create deliveries and prepare materials for outbound shipments using SAP
• Use SAP for stock requirement list monitoring, creating and confirming warehouse tasks, project-oriented procurement, network overview, material component overview, and more
• Generate, review, and maintain shipping paperwork and labels
• Find and move materials within pick handling units
• Ensure all materials are packed into the correct handling units
• Assign and organize pallets to the correct staging zones based on shipment schedules
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and confirmation accuracy before packing
• Perform quality checks to ensure materials meet company standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift Certification
• SAP experience required

• Visual Acuity the worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts (including inspection); using measurement devices
• The worker is required to have visual acuity to operate forklift
• The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures.
