Responsibilities
- Uses basic math to calculate material requirements
- Create deliveries and prepare materials for outbound shipments using SAP
- Use SAP for stock requirement list monitoring, creating and confirming warehouse tasks, project-oriented procurement, network overview, material component overview, and more
- Generate, review, and maintain shipping paperwork and labels
- Find and move materials within pick handling units
- Ensure all materials are packed into the correct handling units
- Assign and organize pallets to the correct staging zones based on shipment schedules
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and confirmation accuracy before packing
- Perform quality checks to ensure materials meet company standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift Certification
- SAP experience required

- MS Office skills, including Word and Excel
- Must be able to speak, read and understand the English language

- Light work

- Hearing perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and making fine discriminations in sound
- Visual Acuity the worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts (including inspection); using measurement devices
- The worker is required to have visual acuity to operate forklift
- The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures.
