About the role

Simon & Schuster is seeking a 2nd shift Replenisher to join our Distribution Center in Riverside, NJ. This position involves using an RF device to pick customer orders and perform related duties.

Responsibilities

• Use RF device to pick customer orders for Split Case replenishment as directed by supervisor
• Operate pallet jack, rider jack, and stacker
• Complete work assignments accurately and timely
• Perform moves, cycle counts, pack out, and re-box excess stock weekly
• Work independently as well as collaboratively with coworkers in specific areas
• Take direction from leads when working in other areas of split case
• Handle ASAP orders with flexibility in replenishment picking
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs. continuously, including overhead
• Able to stand for the entire shift
• Experience using RF scanner and pallet jack
• Able to work independently
• Flexible to handle urgent replenishment orders
• Willingness to work overtime as needed (both voluntary and mandatory)

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Pay

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay depends on geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
