Where Is The Work

On-Site (5 days)

What You Will Do

  • Performs printed circuit board inspection, rework and assembly operations working with a variety of mechanical equipment
  • Performs any post assembly, serializing, special component insertion
  • Perform verification on thru-hole and SMT electronic circuitry
  • Perform both lead and lead-free solder operations
  • Ability to identify parts and polarity on printed circuit boards
  • Ability to pass good quality products
  • Read and work from manufacturing documentation with a minimum amount of supervision
  • Maintain clean and orderly work area
  • Follow safety procedures
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Ability to meet short- and long-term deadlines
  • Effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers
  • Ability to function and thrive in a team environment and independently
  • Demonstrate ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers
  • Supports the QMS by delivering quality products and services and meeting quality objectives

What You Will Bring

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalent Diploma (GED) required
  • One (1) to (2) years in manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Two to three years’ experience in Quality
  • Knowledge of soldering tools to include solder removal and part removal
  • Current J Standard Certification or equivalent
  • Current IPC 610 Certification
  • Rework experience required
  • Basic computer skills to include knowledge of Microsoft office products
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Knowledge of and willingness to comply with all general work rules, policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and procedures

Pay

Hourly Base Pay: $24.68

Compensation Type: Hourly

This role is not incentive or sales commission eligible.
