What You'll Do:

  • Perform laboratory testing on raw materials, in process products, and finished goods using standard quality control procedures
  • Operate laboratory equipment and computerized testing instruments to evaluate product quality and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Conduct routine calibration and verification of laboratory equipment following documented procedures
  • Accurately record, analyze, and communicate test results while maintaining detailed laboratory documentation
  • Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process and identify any quality concerns or nonconforming materials
  • Report quality issues, trends, and test findings to Quality Management in a timely manner
  • Follow ASTM testing methods, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and established quality procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready laboratory environment
  • Comply with all company safety, environmental, and operating policies
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and perform other quality-related duties as assigned

Minimum of 2 years of laboratory, quality, or testing experience in a manufacturing environment. Chemical laboratory experience is preferred. Experience performing laboratory equipment calibration is preferred. Working knowledge of ASTM testing standards and quality inspection methods. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document and interpret test results. Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed testing procedures. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while supporting production and quality objectives.
