2nd Shift- Production Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for overseeing production processes and ensuring quality standards are met. Manage a team of production workers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Train and mentor production staff in best practices and quality control techniques.
• Resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain and reduce waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and compliance regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
