2nd Shift Production Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for the Ehouse line. The position is full‑time with second‑shift hours from 3:45 pm to 1:45 am Monday through Thursday, plus any mandatory overtime if scheduled. This role requires the ability to sit, and bend or stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and manages assigned projects to production floor locations and personnel.
• Reviews project requirements for design accuracy, purchased goods, assembly and fabrication requirements as well as regulatory compliance requirements.
• Conducts design reviews and coordinates projects with plant manager, engineering, and sales.
• Coordinates cross‑departmental jobs for plant productivity and prioritization.
• Completes and facilitates design modifications, redlines and troubleshooting with production personnel and engineers.
• Reviews incoming purchased and produced goods to the assembly bays for accuracy and acceptability.
• Reviews completed projects for conformance with specifications, quality, and closeout requirements prior to shipping coordination.
• Interviews, onboards, trains and reviews performance of direct reports.
• Participates and leads in company process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication process.
• Experience with an ERP system.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to pass background and drug test prior to employment.
• Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish daily tasks.
• Superior problem solving, project management and analytical skills.

Pay

$75,000 - $95,000

Schedule
