2nd Shift Production Supervisor

About the role

Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. Our Marine organization provides innovative solutions for the boating and boat building industry and is expanding into electrification. This position reports to the Plant Manager and works second shift in Litchfield, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production results for their respective shift
• Plan work, assign tasks, and appraise results
• Coach, train, and discipline team members on policies, processes, and procedures
• Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with safety programs
• Ensure compliance with HR policies
• Partner with Lean resources to continuously improve efficiencies
• Participate in additional projects as necessary

Qualifications and Experiences

• Degree in a Business/Engineering related field preferred or equivalent work experience required
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.)
• 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing or production work environment
• ERP/MRP experience required; Fourth Shift experience preferred
