2nd Shift Production Specialist

About the role

Solventum is a new healthcare company dedicated to improving lives through innovative solutions. We are seeking Production Specialist candidates to join our team in Columbia, MO.

Responsibilities

• Leading operations and serving as a Subject Matter Expert on equipment and processes.
• Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electronic, robotic, and chemical systems.
• Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Engagement.
• Supporting production experiments, maintaining accurate process documentation, and partnering with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards (LOTO, PPE).
• Providing Team Leader tasks on a backup/as needed basis.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Three (3) years’ manufacturing experience
• One (1) year performing in a lead role in a manufacturing environment

Pay

$27.21/hour starting, with potential to increase to $28.55 after 12 months.

Schedule

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday; 3:30pm – 11:30pm)
