2nd Shift Production Associate

Job Summary

Starting at $22.85 per hour, production associates are paid between $23.87 and $28.95 per hour after completing specific job training. A sign-on bonus of $500 is offered after 30 days and another $500 after 6 months. This position is full-time, working 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with potential for overtime and Saturday work. The physical location is at the Fond du Lac Container Facility at 981 South Hickory Street, Fond du Lac, WI 54935.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Run and maintain large machines safely
• Read factory orders
• Utilize basic shop math skills, including accurate measurement using tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment
• Inspect products consistently for quality and count
• Practice great factory housekeeping
• Work overtime as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Basic computer skills

Pay
