2nd Shift Painter (Mayville)

Responsibilities

• Apply paint with manual powder gun application.
• Perform color changes on application equipment.
• Willing to advance skills throughout the paint process.
• Maintain good housekeeping and organization.
• Focus on quality parts while improving the paint process and inspection.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently work in a team and coordinate work with other departments.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• High school degree, diploma, or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated detail orientation, self‑motivation, and ability to multi‑task.

Physical Demands

• Lift/Carry: 25 lb routinely, 55 lb occasionally.
• Push/Pull: 25 lb routinely, 55 lb occasionally.
• Reach overhead, climb, squat/bend/kneel, sit, stand, and walk/move about as required.
• Physical activity ranges from occasional (1–2 hrs/shift) to regularly (5–8 hrs/shift).

Work Environment

• Regular exposure to varying temperature conditions between 60 °F and 100 °F.
• Loud noise, moving machinery parts, airborne particles, and fumes from production equipment.
