2nd Shift Paint Finisher (Mon. - Fri., 2:10 p.m. - 10:40 p.m.)

About the role

Receive and perform work assignments, operate equipment to assemble, inspect, and evaluate parts, document painting application as required, and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of equipment to assemble, inspect, and evaluate parts per accepted Siemens or industry standards.
• Operate blade handling equipment as needed.
• Document painting application as required.
• Work with or under the direction of managers and engineers, follow all applicable specifications and procedures regarding the performance of shop operations.
• Use all required safety equipment and follow established safety procedures.
• Provide technical direction to other employees as required, keep work areas in a clean and orderly condition, support and apply team concepts in daily activities.
• Certify on the painting requirements and specifications.

Requirements

Education: Complete required equipment specific training requirements and process applications. Acquire forklift and crane license. High School Diploma or equivalent, passing score on General Aptitude test (GED).

• Previous paint application experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50lbs., and work standing for extended periods of time.
