2nd Shift Packer FULL-TIME

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified individual for a Full-Time Packer position to join our Chillicothe, OH team. This role is eligible for up to a $250.00 retention bonus.

Schedule

Monday-Friday; 2nd shift - 2:30pm-11pm. Additional hours may be required due to business demands.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and label boxes to be filled with products off the production line
• Ensure proper seals, codes, dates, and prices on product bags and cases are correct
• Remove defective products from the production line
• Clean and sanitize the work area and plant equipment
• Ensure manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system (production orders, materials, finished goods)
• Update and maintain ERP records for real-time data (production status, material usage, equipment maintenance)
• Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system (raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, quality control data)
• Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate material replenishment
• Other ERP responsibilities and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must complete a background check, pre-employment drug screen, and pre-placement screening for physical requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Must be able to work with latex gloves, airborne seasoning, cardboard dust, cleaning solutions, and hot water
• Must be able to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment
• Good balance on slippery surfaces
• Ability to sustain concentration for up to 3 hours at a time
