2nd Shift Packer - Allied FULL-TIME

About the role

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Packer to join our Nottingham, PA team. This position offers a retention bonus of up to $250.00 and is full-time benefit eligible.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday, Shift: 3:30pm-3:30am. Additional hours may be required due to business demands.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Good balance on slippery surfaces
• Sustain concentration for up to 3 hours at a time

Competencies

• Able to lift 25 pounds
• Able to work with latex gloves, airborne seasoning, cardboard dust, cleaning solutions, and hot water
• Able to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and label boxes to be filled with products off the production line
• Ensure proper seals, codes, dates, and prices on product bags and cases are correct
• Take defective products off the production line
• Clean and sanitize the work area and plant equipment
• Ensure that manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system, including production orders, materials, and finished goods
• Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data, including production status, material usage, and equipment maintenance
• Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system, including raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control data
• Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment
• Other ERP responsibilities and other duties as assigned
