2nd Shift Packager

About the role

This role is responsible for handling and inspecting finished products for defects and packing them into cases of various sizes for shipment or storage. Packagers will assist Machine Operators in pulling product from machines and properly placing them into the correct boxes for shipping.

Responsibilities

• Lift up to 40 lbs
• Stand for long periods of time
• Check product for quality
• Bend, stretch, and squat
• Discard damaged product
• Reach above and below waist and shoulders

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent

Pay

Starting salary of $17.00 per hour + $0.75 shift differential. The actual salary may vary based on relevant skills, experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.

Eligible employees have the opportunity to earn up to $1,520 a year through a productivity incentive plan, with payments distributed quarterly.

Schedule

2nd Shift: 3:30 pm – 2:30 am, Monday through Thursday
