2nd Shift NOC Technician

Our client in Wilmington, MA, needs a 2nd Shift NOC Technician for an initial 2-month contract with the potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment. The 2nd Shift Noc Technician will work remotely from 4pm-12:30am. Required Skills 2-5 years of experience in a NOC, IT Operations, or IT Support role. Previous experience monitoring and troubleshooting networks, applications, or systems. Ability to monitor and report end user incidents and outage reporting. Able to work 4pm-12:30am EST.
