Freight Breakers LLC is hiring Box Loaders/Unloaders for a full-time position in West Jordan, UT. The ideal candidate enjoys active work, takes pride in efficiency, and wants to earn more based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Loading boxes from conveyor belts into trailers.
- Unloading freight from trailers onto conveyor systems.
- Scanning packages using handheld barcode scanners.
- Sorting freight into designated rolling cages.
- Built organized, secure trailer loads.
- Following safety procedures while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift 5–50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
Pay
Performance-based compensation (paid per trailer and case). Average earnings: $16–$25 per hour. Top performers regularly earn $25–$35 per hour. Your earnings grow with your productivity.
Schedule
- Night Shift Monday–Thursday: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- Four 10-hour shifts each week.
- Additional weekend hours may be available when needed.
