2nd Shift Manufacturing Technicians

About the Role

Velocity Flow Technologies, a global leader in manufacturing solutions, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technicians to join our growing team in Salina, Kansas on the second shift (hours: 3:45pm-2:30am). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to products that positively impact the daily lives of people across the globe. We are a rapidly growing company that is always looking for Paint Utility Tech on our evening shift, 4:30 pm to 3:00 am Monday through Thursday. Additional overtime hours, including on Fridays, may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality components as part of a team committed to excellence and innovation.
• Carry out specific duties based on assigned production areas.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Prep parts before painting by blowing off dust, washing, hanging, etc.
• Paint parts with powder coat paint application.

Requirements

• Technical training or previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate!
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a team-driven culture.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Experience in painting parts with powder coat paint application.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure with ease.
