About the role
This position is located at our manufacturing facility in Lebanon, IN and will work closely with the production, quality, and sanitation teams to ensure on-time preventive maintenance (PMs) and timely repairs to maintain plant operations.
- Locate and check out maintenance parts and materials from stockroom
- Troubleshoot building HVAC and plant electrical equipment
- Use CMMS to complete and create work orders
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Weld with TIG/MIG and Stick weld
- Put in requisitions for low quantity parts
- Follow BRC requirements for food industry standards
- Support building and production repairs in a timely manner
- Communicate with team members openly on equipment repairs and PM schedules
- Participate in daily pass-down meetings
- Collaborate with maintenance planner to identify parts needed for necessary repairs and rebuilds
- Collaborate with vendors to build relationships and identify cost savings opportunities
Requirements
- 2 years of electrical experience
- 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement best practices and deal with high levels of ambiguity
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
- Motivated individual who takes pride in work performed and can work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment screening
- Lift up to 60 lbs
Industry certifications preferred.

Monday to Friday, 2:45pm - 11:15pm
