Responsibilities

• Good communication skills and knowledge of basic shop math
• Able to read, write, and understand basic instructions in English
• Write routine reports and correspondence
• Able to lift/move up to 30 pounds regularly
• Learn how to use measurement instruments
• Follow direction and complete first piece verification
• Maintain a good attitude and be willing to learn
• Communicate effectively with other team members and Production Team Leader
• Become certified in lock out/tag out
• Be familiar with Human Performance tasks
• Assist in set up and operation of all standard and specialized machines
• Operate all standard machines related to the process in their assigned area
• Work with Air Chamfer Point machines
• Work with 3300 Economy Pointers
• Work with Surface Grinder

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States (verification required at hire; visa sponsorship not available)
• Ability to lawfully obtain access to export-controlled items

Qualifications

Preferred:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
