2nd Shift Machine Operator

Duties/Responsibilities

• Produces machined parts by operating robotic machines
• Maintains quality and safety standards, keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies
• Verifies settings by measuring positions, first run part, and sample work pieces
• Monitor & report production activity within the assigned manufacturing departments to achieve a level of daily throughput
• Verifies conformance of production parts to specifications
• Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems
• Be responsive to process and equipment deficiencies to maintain scrap levels at or above standard
• Able to identify and report problems with machinery, tooling, and processes
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in all production areas
• Other duties as assigned

• No machine operation experience required—we will train the right candidate.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds, as needed.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

18-24 Hourly Wage

Schedule

5:00PM-5:00AM (overtime for after 40 hours)
