2nd Shift Machine Operator – 4-Day Work Week

About the role

Production Castings, Inc. is hiring 2nd Shift Machine Operators at our manufacturing facility in Fenton, Missouri. Work four 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, and enjoy a 3‑day weekend every week. We’re looking for dependable, mechanically inclined candidates ready to learn. Previous die‑casting experience is not required; we provide hands‑on training and an opportunity to build valuable manufacturing skills while earning competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, including trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment.
• Load and unload parts and monitor equipment throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment, quality, or production concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals.

Requirements

Pay

$19.50–$24.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM (four 10‑hour shifts) with a 3‑day weekend each week.
