2nd Shift Lead- Parcel Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehouse, parcel, and distribution operations.
• Manage daily parcel shipping operations, including FedEx, UPS, and other small package carriers.
• Ensure timely processing, sorting, scanning, and shipment of parcel orders while meeting service level requirements.
• Maintain warehouse staff by motivating, training, developing, and supervising team members and supervisors.
• Counsel, coach, and discipline employees while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service metrics and provide regular operational reports.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, and parcel operations required.
• Strong knowledge of parcel shipping processes, including FedEx and UPS systems and procedures.
• Proficient in the use of computers, handheld scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to generate, analyze, and distribute operational reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to send professional emails and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership experience in supervising, training, and developing warehouse associates.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual a plus

This is a 2nd shift position. Work: Schedule: Monday 1:45pm - 10:15 pm Tuesday 1:45pm - 10:15 pm Wednesday 1:45pm - 10:15 pm Thursday 1:45pm - 10:15 pm Friday 1:45pm - 10:15 pm
